Born in Hyderabad, brought up in urban Conservative family , she has been sketching and drawing the cites around her and who are her cousins, nieces, friends …. The medium, “Egg Tempera” in which she paints has been complimenting the subjects. She normally paints in the same, but also in “Acrylic” some times. She says that “she has been painting herself, the atmosphere she has been fantasies of her nieces”. She uses light colours in her paintings with lots of textures. She is presently working with State Bank of India and has been instrumental in conducting “Art Camps” by State Bank of India |
